Please note our phone lines are open between 8.30am – 6pm with lunch time closure between 1pm – 1.30pm (Monday’s from April 2024 we will be closed for 1 hour at lunch time between 1pm – 2pm) Online access is available from 8am.

We currently offer telephone and face to face appointments every Saturdays, please ask the reception team if you could benefit from a weekend appointment.

When We Are Closed

Emergencies

In a genuine emergency you should call 999 and ask for an ambulance. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.

NHS 111

Between 18:30 and 08:00, Monday to Friday, all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

NHS 111 is for urgent cases when the practice is closed, and you need to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered, or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:00 and 08:00, Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.
