Children and Young People's Mental Health (CYP)

Just One Norfolk can offer one to one support through their website for those aged under 19.

Experienced mental health practitioners are available directly to offer interventions or appropriately signpost to local mental health support. Patients and families can self-refer if appropriate or clinicians can refer by calling 0300 300 0123.

Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT)

The wellbeing service is open to under 16s years for those suffering anxiety, depression, OCD, insomnia, trauma and needing support living with long-term conditions.

Patients are currently being offered an assessment within four weeks and cognitive behavioral therapy/CBT within three months.
