Carers

Register a Carer

Please let the surgery know you are a carer, we may be able to help you in various ways. Please ask to speak with or ask for a call back from Care co-ordinator Ginnette Lovegrove who can meet with you at the surgery or discuss what may be helpful for you over the phone. We offer free general health checks to carers and you are eligible for a free annual flu vaccination because you are a carer even if you do not fit in to another eligible group. We look forward to hearing from you.
